The founder story
Running a technology company taught me to think about customers, people, and the economics behind the software. That perspective still shapes what I choose to build.

I built and led the technology business through its acquisition by Acrisure, then stayed through the transition until February 2025.

Co-founder
Harshith Kashyap and I built an assistant that understood IT requests and handed work to specialized bots or automated procedures. Acrisure acquired the company alongside Catalyst.
Otto.bot combined intent recognition with Kaseya Agent Procedures and execution through a remote monitoring and management (RMM) agent. A request such as “My computer is running slow” could lead to an appropriate remediation workflow.
We developed contextual handoffs to assistants including Azure Alex for Azure and Paula Productivity for Microsoft 365. The experience was also available through Microsoft Teams.
Our testing and integration work used Microsoft LUIS and Azure Bot Services. Intent routing, specialized assistants, contextual handoffs, and automated execution remain central ideas in how we build AI systems today.
It used intent-driven automation rather than today’s large language model agents. The pre-revenue venture was acquired by Acrisure as part of the broader Catalyst deal, closing one month later. It was subsequently discontinued.

I travel whenever I can. A city’s architecture, a gallery, or a memorable meal can send me down a new path of curiosity.
